The Parkside 車位定價145萬至150萬元

2015年2月5日 9:48上一篇 會德豐地產將軍澳THE PARKSIDE日前出信予業主,於本月28日發售車位,包括90個私家車車位及11個電單車車位,前者定價145萬至150萬元,電單車車位劃一價3萬元。

4房業主最多可購兩個車位,1至3房業主則最多可購1個。估計全數售罄可為發展商套現逾1.3億元。

實際上,若對比同區其他屋苑的車位價錢,THE PARKSIDE定價不算高,例如天晉車位平均價錢已經要190萬元;而日出康城等屋苑及峻瀅的車位亦要130萬元。

想问Parkside住户和车位比例多少?

Fair speaking...rental $4,500 per month is inevitable and ROI 3.6% p.a. also look attractive.  Ratio 5.4:1 is high and similar to W1.  So...

Anybody knows when will the remaining car parking spaces be released for sale?? Or is SHK planning to hold up the stock so as to boost up the demand artificially?

No news at the moment.  According to the launch date of W2 shopping mall, the contract of the open car park may not be renewed by Government at the end of 2015 (i thought only at this moment only).  The demand of parking space is always high.

2015年2月10日 13:38 市場消息指,會德豐地產將軍澳THE PARKSIDE的車位將於本月28日開售,已入市的買家獲發展商通知,4房或以上單位買家可享優先認購權,據了解車位售價劃一145萬元,而電單車位售價劃一3萬元,將於本周四2月12日至24日期間登記。

    现今香港有什么值吗?什么都贵,没有最贵,只有更贵。供求而已!上次优先买,没有买到,如果现在再offer 138万,我即买!不久将来,半圆形改为绿化广场,分分钟200万一个。我相信!
