This is a construction of a response to the letter of SHK. Please see for your comments, thank you.

1. The difference in scale and size of the 4 properties is not relevant since this was already reflected in determining the construction period. The Wings IIIA has a longer construction period than all the other 4 properties because its scale is larger.

2. The number of days of inclement weather that is common to all 4 properties is 81 days. Assuming SHK has the same competence as other developers, it could still progress during that time. The number of days of inclement weather that is not common to the properties but specific to The Wings IIIA alone is only 30 days, so why is there a 51 day delay?

3. This leads to the thinking that inclement weather is not the sole blame for the delay. Perhaps it is the lack of manpower to the site, error in construction, etc.

你可否將天晉3A進度update內的第#3443
照片(拆卸改工後但尚未修復的露台)
傳給發展商。看他們會有什麼解釋一個全新
建築的樓盤為何會這樣。是否這工序出錯了而
導致延遲。

I just a new member joining this forum, I really appreciate Wings3A_w and other member effort, the delay is unreasonable especially in comparison with other development nearby, we should strike for it, support all of you.
