I think SHK's reply is repeating what the letter we received earlier. Given that they got the certificate from that "professional" engineer company, they will use it as an official answer to us. However, we know it is not the fact. To protect our interest (and the future buyers), I really suggest to raise this issue to the media to push SHK and foster public’s concern on their rights.

Can we ask SHK and/or the Authorized Person to elaborate the details of the 51 days inclement weather, e.g. on which date the rainfall exceed 20mm, on which date tropical cyclone signal or black rainstorm were hoisted? In addition, ask them to enlighten us how inclement weather and it has consequential effect to the site progress?

I fully support to continuous to press the developer.
Legally it may be difficult to prove developer fault, but ethically, a responsible developer shall do something to their loyal customer buying their product.

I would suggest it shall put the case to the media and give them pressure for doing better and pushing them to put more effort and resource to our WingsIII.

Just like the extended warranty of A/C for Wing I as an example in the past. Once media reported the case of frequent faulty air conditioning unit with lot of scaffording in WingI, the developer immediately extended the warranty for this air conditioning unit to all Wing I buyer.

The developer only concerned on their brand image, particular they are now selling Grand YoHx and Nam Chexng Station flat very soon. They will care their image and then put some more resource in our Wing3A

Don't be so bother on image of WingsIII when putting the case to media. In fact, Wing I previous air conditioning issue proved that it will not affect its image. If you are future buyer, would you bother not to buy WingI because of frequent air conditioning fault reported in the past. For me, it will not affect my decision.
